Introduction
Wipro Foundation is committed to supporting a thriving community of civil society organizations (CSOs) working toward ensuring access to meaningful and good quality learning opportunities in K-12 education in India. We recognize the value of a well-networked ecosystem to support organizations across diverse domains and during different stages of their journeys. We offer learning opportunities that look at education, organization development, and related fields as well.
Through our capacity building efforts, we have been trying to bring together an array of different, complementary approaches. These aim to support organizations in their growth, so that they can effectively fulfil their goals in education. As part of our commitment to capacity building, we have been offering various opportunities for our partners. These include courses, workshops, training programs, webinars and discussion forums, exposure visits, annual gatherings and periodicals. We also facilitate mentoring relationships between early-stage organizations and experienced resource organizations, to provide contextual support to their core work. Several of these leading Resource Organizations (ROs) have also been offering courses, workshops, and training programs for our partners with our support.
Wipro Foundation plans to expand its portfolio of capacity building opportunities to other relevant areas and modes, to support its partner organizations. In addition to workshops, work has been initiated on continuing learning groups on specific domains. We hope to cultivate these as spaces having the potential to evolve as collectively sustained, self-directed groups of individuals and organizations interested in extending educational practices in a particular domain.
This page provides details of the courses on offer, for the year 2026-27, for our partners. Each program is listed with a link to the course’s details. These include the course outline, dates, mode of offerings, details of the resource organization/ facilitator(s), etc. These can be accessed on the Partners’ Forum platform. We hope these details will help the organizations make informed decisions.
Planning for participation
We recognize the importance of continuous learning and capacity building for individuals. However, we encourage that partners see this in the context of their organization’s needs and vision. With this perspective, our focus has been on the capacity building of organizations and teams. As part of this process, leaders and founders are looped in at key stages of the application and participation process.
